You earn 15% to 25% of every paid plan your referrals purchase. On the yearly plan (₹13,999 / $149.99) that's ₹2,100–₹3,500 (about $22.50–$37.50) per referral, and your rate rises as your total earnings grow.
You start at 15%. Once your lifetime referral earnings pass ₹10,000 you move to 20%, and past ₹50,000 you earn 25% on every referral. Your rate only goes up.
